Just replaced my pump which is under the bed and also had a problem with the water lines in the back shower (came loose and insulation had come off). The noise and vibration every time the pump kicked on was significant. Took it into a Thor dealer and they secured the lines and replaced the water pump with a rubber pad under it. The noise level has significantly dropped however the pump is in an echo chamber under the bed and unless you relocate it you will hear it to some degree. Mine is acceptable. I have a 2017 35M WindSport.
