Recently we experienced slide failures on both of our slides on our 2017 Miramar 35.2 during our stay st Myrtle Beach. Took some temporary repair work from a mobile repair couple to get us on the road home. Then the issue of who was to pay for the work needed to fix it long term began. I was bracing for a long fight between Thor, LongviewRV and myself but to my pleasant surprise Teena from Thor customer service worked with LongviewRV and I will not have to pay for any of the work to be done. Can’t say enough good about how professional she is and how tenacious she is in finding solutions. Responds quickly to emails and phone messages. Truly a breath of fresh air.
