Their customer support is great.
So does your weboost work w/ the AC power and the DC adapter didnt work? I touched the leads for the DC adapter to the back of the antenna booster to test it and the weboost powered up (green light). if you ran through that trouble shooting then it sounds like you need a new DC power supply.
