Ok, shut the valve furvttd washer off - on is counter clickwise i think in these but some valves i have seen are backward. Connect a garden hose are pkace the end in the toilet, sink or outside. Turn water on. If you get water out of the hose you have a machine issue. One other thing to try if you get water at thr valve, is to u do yhe hose if possible at the unit. There migt be a filter screen at the washer that coukd be full of gunk. If that's not it, its the unit and most likely a connection issue or the internal pump and solenoid that allows water to flow. Similar to the ice maker. Good luck.
