Start the generator and see if the is electrical power with the generator running. If so, sounds like the coach is not getting power from the pedestal. Check the breakers on the pedestal, the shore line plug, the coach inlet plug and you should find a disconnect.

If the generator works and no shore power then the only thing besides that above, that I would check, before calling for help, is the wires in the transfer relay They do have a tendency to vibrate loose. Just make all power to the relay is remove BEFORE you open the cover.
