Replacing the front seats on our 24.1 is something I'd would like to do. My wife and I both find them uncomfortable. The main problem is they both seem to lean slightly forward.
I'd be happy with a set of non-powered Volvo seats, or a set of Recaro LXF captains chairs.

Not cheap, but I bet they're comfortable on longer drives.
edit: I just realized the price ($1500) is for ONE seat! OUCH!
