Hey StacyK9. As others have noted, checking for a blockage is really quite simple.

I know, it's frustrating and you shouldn't have to do it. But if you want to add another "knowledge notch" to your RV belt, and get this taken care of now instead of later, grab a screwdriver and remove the plastic cover inside.

Once the cover is off, you'll see how the air flows and finding the blockage should be simple. It'll probably turn out to be a square piece of thin metal that is used to direct/restrict air flow and make everything go where it is supposed to. My guess is the installer put it on the wrong side. Regardless, it should be an easy fix.

BTW, your user name indicates a reference to K9's. Do you raise or train dogs? Just curious...
