Also, buy some of that “foil tape” that is used to put together ducting and fill the holes that have probably been left by the installer. A good percentage of my A/C Air was flowing into the space between the ceiling and the roof. When I opened up the openings to the ducts, closed off all the holes and made sure the baffle between the outflow and inflow was sealed, my cooling increased substantially.
