Welcome to the forum and the wonderful, wacky world of RVing!
My best suggestion for all RVers is CHECKLISTS! Make one for prep and packing, one for setting up and another for breaking camp. Even after RVing for years (decades) checklists still keep me from forgetting stuff and things that must be done.
