doing this from a foggy memory. Have a Four Winds Thor 23U and had trouble turning the antenna rotor. It was almost impossible to turn. Took it apart, the inside rotor assemble which was pretty easy. The stem was too long, so cut it down slightly which allowed for it to engage. You may find the turn assemble rotor needs some adjustments like mine. Best Wishes
