You don’t have your coach listed, but it Looks like you have a wire misconnected or crossed either at the thermostat or the A/C controller located in the A/C unit above the couch. Do not trust the wire colors to be the same at both the thermostat and A/C controller. Tech I had in to look at mine said “the wire bundle is the same from the thermostat to the controller”. Mine was not. Not the first time I have run into this.
