I checked all the tv cable connections are tight. Does the satellite connect via the cable box on exterior of the coach? If so, I may have the same problem with satellite.

Thor MC does not set up the coaches for sat connections. All sat antennas use a low noise block downconverter (LNB) that is powered by 12 to 21 volts DC. The coax sprinters used by Thor do not allow DC to pass; so it is necessary to find the splitters in the entrance coax and replace them with ones that will pass DC. My coach only had one splitter located just behind the terrestrial antenna power supply. I use DirecTV so I had to add a second splitter for the LNB power supply and the wireless video bridge. That way all the TVs are wirelessly connected to the receiver. The splitters I used are "green label".
