I am of the opinion that dealerships' main concern has nothing to do with service, no matter which of the manufacturers. Giant RV does not do alignments, they referred me to the Ford dealer in Fontana as I recall who told me that they didn't do alignments on the big chassis (We had the Axis). I took it to Fritts Ford in Riverside because the dealership said it was the brakes. Fritts Ford told me the brakes were fine, it needed an alignment... They don't do alignments on big trucks either. Ended up taking it to Redlands Truck and RV.
