Send him an email along with the information I gave on my May 14, 2019 entry on this forum. It was worth it, and the entire system functions properly.
Good luck, it wasn’t much of a battle after I contacted Larry long. Thor contacted me, The entire system was delivered to my home within three days, and a local certified body shop installed the system, with Thor paying the bill
