I found that the single Allyn screw holding in the brass octagon collar at the drive side in the long black coupling shaft had come loose and over time the brass collar had slide in and became uncoupled from the drive motor mechanism thereby allowing the non drive side to fall.
Luckily no one was under it as I am sure it would have been very disastrous.
I sent an e-mail to HappiJac suggesting they use 2 Allyn screws and apply thread locker to them and an e-mail to Thor. Hopefully they will reach someone there before any injury occurs.
IF YOU HAVE ONE OF THE BED SYSTEMS I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU CHECK AND TIGHTEN THE ALLYN HEAD SCREW ON THE DRIVE SIDE OF THE BLACK COUPLE BAR! (The "C" ring that is on the brass coupler part should be in close to the drive mechanism or it has already slid.)

Glad everyone is ok. Please keep us updated
