The battery nearly unreachable under the hood of the Axis/Vegas is the chassis battery. Seems this is ok as you are able to start the coach. The ‘advertised’ means of replacement is through the desk area of the dash... Some have done it through the wheel well.

The coach batteries on Axis/Vegas I believe are under the entry steps. Hopefully the charger on these will help.
