Well that is quite the electrical mixed bag. If your cottage is still not powered and all fuses and breakers are good in the cottage panel(s) then I would check out the 60 amp feeder from the house. It should have a breaker or fuse feeding the cottage underground wiring. If the house is still powered from the utility OK then something has tripped that feeds the cottage. To me the RV A/C ran OK for an hour before any power issues.......so something else came on (like cottage fridge compressor or other loads) that caused your cottage feeder breaker or fuse at the house to open. This might be a good time to figure out exactly how your house; emergency gen and cottage are actually wired. Be safe and get an electrician involved if you are not sure.
