My batteries do not charge to 12 volts on shore power. When I disconnected the shore power they were at 10.88 and 10.93. On Generator they charge to 12 volts but quickly go down to between 10-11. To start the generator I had to run the chassis engine for a few minutes. Any advice is appreciated.
Should be no difference between charging on shore power or generator - both power the on board converter which does the actual charging...
Sounds like an issue with the converter (not entering bulk charge mode perhaps) - or bad batteries.

What is the voltage reading while charging? It should be over 13v from the converter. (Insure use/store is in USE).
Try charging the batteries with an external charger - and see if they take/hold charge.
One of those two should show something interesting...
