I’ve had 3 calls with my 2018 Axis and the customer service team has responded each time with quickly mailing out the parts I needed at no charge.
First was a gas-filled bed lift that stopped lifting.
Then a window screen that had been missing since I bought the RV 10 mos. ago.
And finally the cap that covers the awning motor that apparently came off during one of our trips.

When you put that awning cover on wrap it with black electrical tape It matches the covers color and will hold it in place so you wont lose it again,
