Ok... so moving down the line... with a volt meter...
Insure 110v at house plug.... (if using an adapter, check coming out of that too). If using some form of EMS, it will show voltage.
Then check at RV end of shore cord for 110v...
If working to that point, with RV disconnected, inspect plug at entry to RV...
Next inspect transfer switch for loose wires or frozen contacts...again with power disconnected.
Then main breaker in RV.
See how far down that line the power is and what you find.

When you say genny wouldn’t start, does it turn over?
That would be started from 12v house batteries...
