Davie, we went through the exact same thing at this time last year. The windshield repair tech had to be scheduled in to do the work at the dealer's facility. I called Thor, as suggested by the service manager at the dealer and they approved the work immediately. The windshield was removed, seal replaced, windshield reinstalled and hasn't leaked since.
