Thanks! After posting I remembered contacting Thor, so sent them a message.
To Bob ... the previous owners took out the original upstairs loft. The covered the stair opening, so it's a matter of removing the boards and replacing the sleeping loft in the garage area. So just taking it back to original design. I'm hoping we can improve on it. Make it less cave feeling.
