Also know your weights to determine what you can tow.
You can tow the LESSOR of:
- tow hitch rating
- GCWR (Gross Combined Weight Rating) minus actual vehicle weight loaded for travel (water, fuel, propane, people, stuff all as you normally travel)
(Assumes actual vehicle weight is at/below GVWR (Gross Vehicle Weight Rating)
