Call Firefly, they will walk you through troubleshooting your system if it is a warranty claim they will give you a reference number so all you have to do is call Thor, quote the number and they will ship you the parts. I just went through this. I could drop it at the dealer but I now know way more about the system in case it fails after warranty ends.
