Another thought, a Blackstone grill that connects to the RV propane tank. But any gas grill will do. I find I do a lot of cooking on the grill in addition to using the kitchen.
Camping and cooking go so well together.
I combined an over night at Wal-Mart with shopping. Nothing like having a superstore in you front yard.
