Propane vs Diesel Gen
I was going to upgrade to the diesel but got such a good deal on a Four Winds on the MBS with a propane gen I sucked it up and went propane.
Glad I did.. we don't boondock often having so we need it for occasional use. The issue I have with the MBS is the smallish fuel tank, 26 gal. I'm now convinced (after 1 year and 13k miles) is there is little hassle in refilling the propane and knowing I'm not sharing what little diesel we have between the MBS and the generator. We have never had the need to run the gen more than 3 hours at a pop, admittedly the real answer is how are you are going camp.
