IMHO - it is in the mfg process and minimal quality control...
which includes communication or "assumptions" in communication --- in my case someone 'assumed' it was communicated and it wasn't ...
Heck, I've not even stayed in mine yet and although we love it - I already have a list of 10 things for them to look at that I missed on the pdi ! (bad me !!!
)
but just like with MOST processes,
if you do a bad job (or no job) and still get paid,
what incentive is there to work better ???
redwoods are flying off the lot right now...
just hope this trend doesn't catch up with them...
please excuse my poor attitude, ALL my teams lost this weekend
