Norcold ref. Poorly insulated

Our FE22 had a problem with the refrigerator not cooling. Turns out moisture getting in was a problem. Cliff watched all the videos and read the info, then bought thermal mastic caulk and removed the unit. Turns out all the foil tape was not correctly applied (sarcasm in the word applied). The worse attempt of applying the tape resulted in moisture building up and saturating things that have to stay dry.
The duct tape on the back surface curled instead of adhering to the back of the init.
I will have to update once Cliff gets it dried out and repaired. We will also contact Norcold to ask why???

The edging tape didn't even reach the panels it was supposed to seal.
Anyone else have such shoddy work and cooling issues.Click image for larger version
