What nosticks said is probably true. Check the two large "Reverse Polarity" fuses in your fus panel. Since you have no 12 VDC you probably also tripped your main DC circuit breaker from the battery that looks like:
And is probably near your batteries: push the flag back in.
Finally, don't forget to put the USE/STORE switch to USE once you resolve the other issues.
