Curved light bar, about 35 bucks on amazon.
It is mounted by drilling a #7 hole and tapping for 1/4-20 bolts in each frame horn.
The orange things are urethane bushings I have laying around.
It will power from the ignition side of the Stromboli, Tribeca, whatever that thing is called and will activate through the relay by tying to the led running lights.
By tying to the daytime running led's the bar is on for drl, parking lights and on for high beam, but off for low beams.
I decided to mount the light bar to the frame horns instead of the hood just for the ease of the mount and I'll make an anti-scatter cowl for it that I can't make if the light bar is hood mounted(I can make the shield if I hood mount the light bar, but the shield will stick out past the grille and look pretty goofy). The light bar is not really crooked. It's the camera doing that.
It looks like a tractor beam from a bad scifi movie when it's lit up. Once the scatter shield/cowl is on it it will be a billet of solid light jutting out about fifty yards.
