The Aims 1200 inverter is an excellent value. But when I searched today on Amazon I only saw the "ETL certified" version for like $130 more ($289.00). What a shame. It looks like AIMs discontinued the 1200/2000 watt in favor of a new & improved 1200/2400 watt unit. I can’t find the old version anywhere...sold out at all web stores.
The tariffs may have had something to do with the increased cost. But I’ll gladly pay more to support the Trump economy.
