Probably not in Texas. The draw for each A/C is 11.7 to 14.6 amps depending on the outside temperature. Of course that depends on you maintaining 120 volts at the A/C. If you run both, starting then separately and making sure they do not cycle by setting the thermostat at 50 degrees, it will work some of the time. Electricity use in your house will also effect the voltage at the RV's A/C. A 30 amp circuit breaker is actually rated for 28 amps continuous, and will trip by temperature if that amount is exceeded for a couple minutes.

I am on a 50 amp pedestal and see 122 volts on both legs with only the charger on. Turing on the front A/C will drop the voltage to 116 volts on L1 and L2 to 121 volts. Turning on the rear A/C will drop the L1 to 115 volts and 116 on L2. That puts the total draw at 30.1 amps with the charger drawing 1 amp.
