In another thread, Yaktop suggested a scanguage for fuel monitoring. I looked into it and didn't care for the display so did some research, and found ultraguage. It is everything my Vegas was missing for vehicle monitoring!

It has a better screen that can show many parameters but for me the most important is the first one set up to show, instant fuel economy, average fuel economy. Fuel left, time to empty, and the most important, miles to empty.

You can set up other pages to display things like oil life etc, and many I haven't discovered. I have only begun to play with it.
It is seriously plug and play. Works as soon as you plug it in. Total installation including mounting too about 10 minutes.
