"Check gas cap" dash alert
This may seem trivial, but it drives me nuts. Had a problem with the "check engine light" on my 2016 Outlaw. Solved that with a new gas cap. But then, after a couple trips, the "check gas cap" light appeared on the dash, and it won't go away, even after disconnecting the vehicle battery for 30 minutes. Something about a "flapper" in the gas fill neck? I don't see one in mine. Is it right near the opening, or further in the neck? And if it's missing, do I have to replace the whole neck assembly?
