I had the ceramic tint all around on my Subaru a couple years ago, worked well. in AZ,

For the cab interior heat and privacy shield route I went to Walmart and bought black-out curtain panels, had daughter-in-law sew them together, and installed snaps on them and on the cab panel surface (only 4 required). Works great between that and the vinyl outside cab window cover.
