Hi all
Checked in at Moab and mobile service arrived 20 minutes later.
Turns out we aren't totally stupid�� and he was unable to find the reset under the stairs near the batteries. He did a voltage test and power was nill in 2 batteries so the search was on. After testing several things He found a solenoid that he did a direct line to. He said that will need to be replaced next time we're at a full service rv. So for now we are good.
Going to be chatting with Thor and Camping World about the reset button for sure.....we had them add the second battery so wondering........
