Question Water Leaks - Water Line Fittings

I am getting planning a trip from my home base in Florida to Fairbanks. Its something my wife wants to do. Part of my planning is assembling a "kit" of spare parts for problems that I can fix easily.

I have found that the black plastic fittings (caps) on the ends of the water lines where a connection is made to the manifold, water fixtures, etc tend to drip water occasionally. It can be a real annoyance. While I can buy the spare parts from DRV, I have found DRV parts dept can charge a premium is some cases. I am looking for the 1/2" rubber gaskets and the black plastic caps on the ends of the water lines. I am also looking for a suitable tool to tighten the black plastic caps when that is needed.

Does anyone know where I can get the 1/2" rubber gaskets, the black plastic caps, and the tool to tighten the caps? These are the items it seems are most likely needed to fix minor water leaks.
