2020 Windsport 34R Electrical Question

Hi all...Was visiting a friend for a few days. He doesn't have a 50 amp or 35 amp plug-in. So, I adapted down to 125 V house plug in, just to keep the batteries up, and maybe use the Microwave. When we plugged that in, it popped his GFI. When we got home, I plugged it into a house plug-in at my house (I have a 50 amp for my coach, and a 30 amp plug in, but was experimenting.) It popped my GFI as well. I've been RV'ing for a long time, have had several coaches, and have always been able to adapter-down. Of course you can't run much...a couple lights, maybe the microwave, etc.
Does anybody know, does the new 34R have so much junk (such as the "Residential Refrigerator") that runs off the inverter? (Although, I had the inverter off...)
Any help with the question is appreciated!
