Purchase a multi-meter and learn to use it. One should be in every RV. Start at the shore power and work you way back to the circuit breaker box reading every connection.

Impossible to answer on the internet. The answers would be "check this, check that, check this. etc,etc.

RV and multi-meter are like peanut butter and jelly.

50 amp = 240 volts. 30 amps =120 volts
