Report a safety defect to NHTSA !
REPORT THE SAFETY DEFECT TO NHTSA, whether they gave you a replacement or you had to buy it while on the road. They are looking into this issue. A recall was made "Aug 7, 2015 - manufacturer), a motor home entrance door hardware set, ( TriMark product code. 060-1650), this door is used by Winnebago Industries, Inc. on ...". That recall didn't cover Thor. If we don't push the Feds into making Trimark recall these crappy locks they will continue selling them to Thor.
