When you plug into a new cable system and go to the Tv's search menu and you see selections for digital cable then you have the latest model tuner (QAM). Alternately you can go to the Axxera web site and look-up your Tv's specifications and see if it includes a QAM tuner.


An antenna booster fits in the coax to the TV. For your application it should be installed before the splitter so that all the Tvs can received the improved signal strength.
