It’s a Thir product. I’m surprised they haven’t fallen out yet. You can lubricate, but MOST likely they need to be rebuilt. I had to get all three of mine rebuilt. I have a 3901 Aria. The Thor dealer rebuilt all of them once, but they couldn’t fix a sandwich, so I had to get a real technician to correct what they did and do it the right way. The factory doesn’t build them right to start with, and with a little use, they will jam, skew, and sound like a creeky old garage door. I would never buy Any Thor product again. Shoody workmanship and they will not stand behind their products. They drag their feet and hope the 1 year warranty will expire before the other parts fail.
