Not that this is as important as some of the other stuff going on here but...

2017 Chateau 31L.

Problem:
LED light that lights up dim. If you mess with it hard enough, it'll go bright then fall back to dim. I tried to get the screws out to drop it but can't turn them - almost as if they're epoxied or something.

Question:
Has anyone else run into this problem and how did you resolve it?
