Does your 2014 ACE have two battery disconnect switches near the door....one for chassis disconnect and the other for coach disconnect? If yes you likely have the RV Custom Products BCC (Battery Control) located in a black box, driver side, engine compartment.



Are you saying that both chassis and coach batteries are good (12.6vdc unloaded is fully charged), but you are not getting any lamps lighting on either (or just one) disconnect switch near the door; it is possible you have a blown fuse in the BCC box.
