Yes, that would be the only difference. For the record, I haven't needed to add an ounce of air since I put my tpms system on.

There is nothing complicated about EEZ Tire, in my opinion. The directions are very clear and you simply pair up each transponder to the base unit. Since the base unit has its own batteries, you can do this at each tire, rather than running back and forth to the cab. The longest part for me was dealing with the locking anti-theft gizmos on each unit. After hearing from enough people to soothe my nerves, I took them off. Now, they're a piece of cake to remove, if you need to.
