Update
After a 3 way call with the extended warranty claim Department. They are sending a inspector out to the shop. It sounds like we are back on track. I appreciate all the information that I got from you guys. The mechanic did take pictures of the tear down, and re-assy process with a list of parts. Thank goodness.
