The damper will only damp(potentially) the shake, not cure it.
You've hopefully tossed a wheel weight somewhere or bent a rim.
Or,
A suspension part is broken or worn out.

A front end or alignment shop is your best bet for a cure.

It might be a free fix, it might be $5,000, but a damper is no where near the answer.

Get two or three diagnosis FROM SHOPS, NOT FORUMS, even if you have to pay for the diagnosis.

Whatever the fix is, you can't fix it yourself. There's no reason to speculate. Go to a shop. Even if it's a low tire, go to a shop.

Not everyone need do everything
