Sounds to this keyboard diagnostician as some sort of tire balance problem. How many miles on the tires? Have they ever been rotated?
Could be a broken belt in a tire like sismdrm stated. As you have had the front end aligned and tires checked I would assume that all front end components were checked tie rods ball joints etc? If not those need a look.
Another thought drive shaft universal joints or a center carrier bearing can cause a vibration when those parts start to wear out.
