If you look at the LCI level-up manual it specifically says that Auto level will not function if the coach is 3.5 degrees off level from front to back or side to side.
Here is the wording from the manual
Selecting a Site
When the coach is parked on an excessive slope the leveling requirements may exceed the jack lift stroke capability. If the coach is parked on an excessive slope, the coach should be moved to a more level surface before the leveling system is deployed.
EXCESS ANGLE will appear on the LCD screen if the coach is 3.5 degrees out of level front to rear or side to side. See Page 9.
