I have a 2020 Thor Freedom Elite. On mine the back is high. I always have to use 3 blocks in the front to get it level. Thor said I could install the screw jacks to my unit. They must be on the mainframe of the vehicle, never on the coach. There is a u tube video that tells you how to get the locations.
